• Led the clinical operations of Inova Health System’s Ambulatory Care Division, a division consisting of 195 FTE’s and net operating income of $17.8 million during fiscal year 2007.• Program offerings to the community consisted of outpatient services including – diagnostic imaging, free standing-emergency care centers, and outpatient laboratory services. Responsible for the overall management of the profit and loss centers, regulatory oversight and Joint Commission compliance, capital planning, and implementation of volume growth initiatives. Additional focus on people development and quality/safety initiatives.
