Human Resources: I am fortunate to have hands-on exposure with a number of cloud based ATS and ERP software tools including Workday, ADP, and Kronos while in school. This exposure has given me the confidence to facilitate human capital decision making. My education and work experience has given me a desire to strive for high level performance and culture in an evolving economic and cultural climate. Management Information Systems: I understand the benefits of information systems used in the marketplace for cross-functional collaboration, database integrity, and e-commerce. My abilities to analyze and communicate growth stem from CRM database tools I have used like the SalesForce, Oracle, and Microsoft Access platforms. Supply Chain Management: Materials management taught me to value the organization of data and options. Oracle Manufacturing and SAP Manufacturing are tools I have used to streamline planning and organization for material and data management. Being a team leader allowed me to use these tools to organize information in a database for both localized and global markets to help my team analyze cost designs and price negotiations between purchasers and suppliers. Ethical: I will continue my drive to uphold professional and business ethics by being a role model for others. Due to the complex nature of corporate social responsibility I would use my fine judgement with the assistance of ethical tools to measure and assess trends in government, business, and society. It is not enough to simply behave, but to be the trendsetter of behavior.
