As the People & Culture lead at Bouwen, a Samuelson Family Company, I work with the executive team to align the company's vision, values, and goals with its people strategy, policies, and practices. Prior to joining the private sector, I had a distinguished career in the Army National Guard, where I rose to the rank of Command Sergeant Major and gained valuable experience in leading, training, and mentoring soldiers and units. I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Dakota Wesleyan University and a diploma from the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy.
