As the Senior Vice President of Insurance Product & Strategy, I am instrumental in shaping the future of Seek Now’s disruption within the multi-billion-dollar inspection services market. -Oversee project management staff responsible throughout the project lifecycle (initiation through completion).-Partner with senior management to ensure projects support business priorities, align with resource allocation, and are value-driven.-Defines the business case and engage in priority setting with input from stakeholders.-Manage the development and execution of project plans, checking progress against measures of success and ensuring value relative to cost.-Provide guidance in applying project management tools and methodology.-Define individual performance objectives and development plans, and ensures alignment with department, function, and SBU objectives.-Manage and work to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk.-Ensure project close-out steps are taken to include lessons learned/best practices that inform the success of future projects.

-Procure and manage performance of vendor relations with Commercial and Personal Lines.-Manage business projects and programs, to include those considered complex in nature with function-wide impact (e.g Planning, Deployment, Budget Performance).-Plan business activities/tasks that will deliver the desired results and oversee day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards goals.-Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team, including Senior Management.-Escalate and work to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk.-Identifies and provides visibility into trade-offs between options and implements recommended approach.

-Hire, develop, and performance manage a team of Senior Field Adjusters.-Organize, plan, and deploy a team of adjusters for catastrophe response, as well as deployment of response strategies for event management.-Conduct complex analysis and provide general direction to key stakeholders and team members.-Focus on automation and process improvements surrounding both the product output and the internal processes of the team.-Conduct competitive intelligence and understand market trends.

-Investigate and determine coverage of loss onsite and adjusts all elements of Property Loss claims of moderate-high severity.-Investigate and evaluate onsite to resolve complex coverage and damage issues to include preparing complete estimates of repair for the covered damages.-Explain coverage of loss, and assist policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs, and additional living arrangements.-Engage and manage consultants, as required, to assist in determining facts, causation, damages, and exposure; monitor the costs to ensure they are reasonable and necessary.
