I have been providing technical support and training for Synergi Gas (the leading network analysis product in the natural gas pipeline and utility industry) since 2002. As of this writing (Oct 2018) that training has included 201 solo courses around the world, each consisting of 3-4 days on average in duration. I have presented at 21 of our user conferences around the world and have recorded a few presentation and "Getting Started" videos with Camtasia. Currently I'm also getting the hang of being the Product Owner (Agile, anyone? Or is it "Scrum"?) for the web/cloud next generation of the product. And holding the hand of the legacy software as it slowly winds down. We're not retiring it anytime soon, letting it keep plenty on its desktop, but we're starting to cut the hours back. You may have noticed this summary became less & less professional as it went on. Contrary to the look expressed in my current horrible photo, I try not to take myself too seriously and in general my theory is that if I'm amusing myself then I'm probably amusing at least one of y'all too.
