I have a strong back ground in customer service and love doing my best to help others. Working in IT has given me the opportunity to work with technical systems and find ways to either fix or improve others Information Technology issues.I greatly enjoy the troubleshooting process, and working from the bottom up to best take of all problems. I have experience both working in a help desk environment, and working in the field directly interacting with the customer. I also have experience supporting both Microsoft and Apple environments.
