As an Education and Training Specialist, my duties are to assist Florida Highway Patrol, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, and County Tax Collectors employees within the State of Florida. My duties are to instruct members with completing courses either through phone or email, in addition to instructing in a classroom situation.I use Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, etc.) to verify iLearn system course data to create weekly reports for the Director’s review. I am responsible for inputting and processing new employees and modifying all accounts associated with the iLearn system. Moreover, I complete reports on numerous assignments within the scope of my section and the state of Florida. The reports that I am responsible for include, but are not limited to: Batch Report, Tax Collector’s Batch, Instructor Lead Training Reports, Overdue Reports, Executive Outcome Report, Performance Dash Board Report and Customer Service Report.
