I unfortunately did not hold this position long, as I found there was too much negativity with the people I had to converse with daily.

My job description includes; preparing and delivering bank deposits, showing and renting apartments to prospective tenants, arranging move-in dates, performing ongoing building maintenance (boiler room maintenance, plumbing, painting and electrical repairs), while simultaneously interacting with tenants over concerns, rental payments, lease renewals and annual rent increases.

I was responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the hotel. This included daily repairs to guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies and furniture as well as landscaping of the outside grounds and green spaces. Plumbing, electrical repairs and painting were routine. Weeding, gardening and lawn care as well. As a certified pool operator I made sure the pool and hot tub were held to Alberta Health standards.
