Opening store: unlock building. turn on lights. grab phone. go through emails. use Salesforce to follow up with install customers. use customer tracker to follow up on samples that customers got from the store. open cash drawer.Closing Store: print off daily cash/store tender reports. put together deposit bag if necessary (drop off bag on my way home). close cash drawer. lock up building and turn off lights. leave notes for the next days opener if needed.General: Assist customers via phone or in person. answer any questions they have about flooring. review install quotes with customers. help load flooring into a customers vehicle either with a forklift or by hand.

Built stringers for stairs. Attached treads and risers to stairs using screws and glue. Loaded completed stairs onto truck for delivery.

Used tugger and cart to gather parts. Used Visual Factory to follow work instructions for each part. Selected correct drills and/or hole saws to use on specific parts as per VF instructions. Vacuumed out and flamed parts as necessary.

Load glass into machine and prep for vinyl, attach heater and antenna tabs, trim off excess vinyl, load into rack for shipment.
