Services included organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations.Led and co-led several company-wide turnaround and crisis management initiatives during the company’s post-recession contraction.

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Store Operations. Developed and implemented a strategy for a whole-company culture shift, focusing on wellness, health, and fitness to deepen product expertise and improve sales. Created and executed seasonal merchandising and gift marketing strategy for the Christmas season 2009, improving UPTs by 18% YOY. Led company shutdown and outplacement of headquarters staff during Lucy Activewear’s integration into The North Face in 2010.

Provided HR leadership supporting 275,000 employees across five brands with 1,200 stores in five countries, during periods of both high-growth and then contraction in the following recession. Supported the launching of four brands, the opening of over 900 stores and entry into six international markets. Created and launched a strategy that improved cultural integrity and reduced legal liability by 73% in three years. Rolled out the company's first DEIA program. Earned the "Best Employer" award from the Human Rights Campaign in 2008.
