Responsible for all design activities on the Longitude fairing which consist of both metallic and composite structure. Led group responsible for selection and implementation of a $2.5M flexible tooling and 5-axis router capaital project that will save $5M over the next two aircraft programs. Optimized new products utilizing design for manufacturing and automation methodologies.Led cross functional team in identifying project requirements, project scope, ROI analysis and supplier procurement deliverables for wing automation project. Conducted value trades to provide best cost, weight and producability for new designs.
