Plan and organize air transportation activities, including determining supplies, facilities, and personnel needed.Establish procedures for loading both passengers and cargo aboard aircraft, military and civilian, and implement any necessary safety precautions for handling dangerous materials, special cargo, mail, and baggage.Direct air transportation activities including, unloading/loading airdrop supplies for direct support to ground troops and humanitarian missions.Enforce procedures aboard aircraft for passenger, or aircraft, clearance across international boarders.Inspect airlift activities and recommend any needed corrective actions as well as providing and technical assistance that may be required.

Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building system product lines to include fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, and communication.Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet their objectives.Maintain sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives.Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog, a positive ongoing relationship with customers, and conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.

Responsible for revenue to include: implementing plans, programs and processes designed to meet and exceed corporate goals and objectives, maximize market potential of the service business, increase new bookings, revenue and profitability.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain effective customer communications and build solid customer relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery, installation and service. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled, resolve customer complaints concerning service and collections issues minimizing customer concerns and enhancing customer relations.Productivity: Set fair and manageable territories for technicians. Assign fair and effective performance measurements allowing employees to achieve and/or exceed their assigned goals.Safety Compliance: Ensure all employees comply with corporate safety programs and guidelines, maintain safety training, identify safety issues and hazards and notify proper safety personnel any findings requiring corrective actions.

Provide on-site support to SimplexGrinnell customers which includes, but not limited to: installation and service of fire alarm and security systems products, after-hours, holiday and weekend on-site support.Maintain,inspect, repair, troubleshoot, and replace various systems to include: Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Intercom, and Network based systems.Report quality control and other technical problems in details to the Service Center and Department Manager.Complete service documentation as required by the position or requested by Department Manager in accordance with current company requirements.Input, retrieve and archive inspection documents via laptop computer and inspection software.
