Support Specialst
Current- Setup user accounts in Microsoft O365 and Active Directory - Reset user passwords- Troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity, Microsoft Outlook issues, shared drives, printers, docking stations, peripherals, and Windows settings- Escalate issues to different teams depending on the issue- Provide onsite IT Support at Client locations - Create user profiles for new hires - Install or uninstall Microsoft Office- Backup One Drive - Run commands on computers to fix certain issues- Setup user workstations - Connect user laptops to printers - Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft apps such as Outlook and Teams- Assist users with phishing emails
