Each new Program exceeded corporate financial metrics for After-Tax Return on Sales (ATROS).• Directed a Chassis cross functional team to develop and present the Total Value Management (TVM) quarterly reviews to Ford Vice Presidents.• Proactively supported over $95M in design changesand worked with the Chassis Product Line team in developing a Chassis business strategy.

Led a cross functional team of Product Design, Industrial and Process Engineers toidentify,develop and release cost saving ideas in both the design and process of ClimateComponents.The team was able to identify $40 million in savings and released the high impact ideaswithintwo years.
