After graduating from business school, I worked in management consulting as a client server in wealth management where I helped a global bank gather and test requirements for the build of a new client onboarding system. I then came offline from client serving in order to serve as a change management program lead to roll out a firm sponsored work life balance program aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and job retention. For the past 5 years, I have played an integral part in building and executing the business aligned programs under our Knowledge Management umbrella. This includes internal infrastructure requirements gathering and builds, devising, launching and running innovative gamification initiatives aimed at engraining knowledge sharing behavior as well as devising and delivering engaging training programs for our new direct admit partners. Through my various roles, I have accumulated a span of skills including change management, process re-engineering, strategic thinking, innovation, data visualization and business writing/communication.
