Tasked with overseeing subcontractors. Ensuring they followed the schedule, followed procedures , worked safely, and stayed on task. Coordinated work between 1 to 4 subs daily, ensuring they communicated intentions for work to be performed, areas they'll be lolocated, and any equipment needed. Performed Prejob briefs or peerchecked prejobs with each vendor. Inspected all paperwork prior to work starting (i.e. Hot Work Permits, Confined Space, equals were up tondate,to date, vehicle inspection forms). As part of my job, I was required to have a thorough understanding of schedule and order of events to ensure steps were followed accordingly. I was also responsible for Quality Controll of work performed by our vendors to ensure they performed work up to my personal standards as well as company and Palo Verde standards.

Conduct pre-job brief, to ensure all workers understand the task at hand and expectations of the shop. Communicate with work control and safety to ensure my crew is in compliance with standards of site and OSHA. Schedule work for the week, keeping workers on schedule to complete required tasks, and making sure they stay diligent and complete tasks in a timely fashion. Input time for weekly work.
