Each Day I work on a number of projects from basic Drayage needs, to overweight and over dimensional projects. You name it and we have handled it. Over the past years I have gained the knowledge to find a solution for almost any obstacle. I have also utilized my operational experience to perform dispatch, sales, carrier procurement as well as many other job functions.

Everyday liason between customer and brokerage department. To work closely with both customer and operations to meet production schedules and ensure quality of service in all their transportation needs.

Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.Effectively manage the inbound/outbound processing of various freight.Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally.Supervise and manage personnel operations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and processing of customer shipments.Supervise and plan hourly employee schedules to meet daily operations goals.Enforce all company, FMCSR, OSHA and DOT policies, rules, regulations and laws as required.Ensure customer's freight is delivered and picked-up timely and damage free.Coach, train and develop employees consistent with company policy.Standing and walking on non-climate controlled loading dock area for several hours at a time.Safely climb in and out of a tractor cab & trailer.Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat & kneel as necessary to perform the job duties.Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location.Perform other duties as assigned.

Recently held a 6 Month position in the New York Metro Region in charge of the launch of a new corporate initiative. I was in charge of Traveling to 11 Service centers and training all management and staff of new Con-Way standards. These training covered both Planning and Coordinating for supervision( Introduction and sustainment of new planning documents), and Execution for the operations (proper set up, loading, blocking/bracing, and measurements at time of pick up.)
