At Rightpoint, I am responsible for effective research, strategy, and polished product design. The majority of my experience has been servicing three key accounts, including a Fortune 20 automotive manufacturer, a major airline, and a national retailer. I have also serviced several small-to-medium-sized businesses, serving as a lead designer for our clients. My work aims to be user-centric, purposeful, and aligned with enterprise-level strategy.

I designed eCommerce solutions from research to wireframe. I worked with B2B and B2C clients, analyzing current state commerce experience and finding solutions to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.

I assisted in the sales and strategy phase of web projects as a subject-matterexpert. Creating user experience audits and evaluations, strategic project plans,and secondary research benchmarks. During this time I was able to fine tune mycommunication and storytelling skills through client interaction along with learningthe ins and outs of business and sales processes.

I designed mobile apps, websites, and other digital touchpoints. I worked in sprints conducting user research to create low to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes, then tested and iterated on the solutions. During the program I consulted for two startups:GetAnySpace A cross-technology platform that facilitates corporate event booking between corporate planners and venue organizers. My work focused on UX and service design; through user research, personas, journey maps, service flows and other deliverables I created an email system and redesigned the event planning platform.The Branch An iOS native app that connects family caregivers by helping share experiences and prevent burnout. My work included research, rapid prototyping, testing and iterating to create a final prototype.

I proofed a high volume of jobs in a fast-paced production environment, from art requests to setting up jobs for production. I served as a primary touchpoint through email, phone and in person for clients to inquire about order status and art revisions. During my time there I successfully started and managed new department for digital transfers. This taught me how to manage projects while being quick to solve problems.

I managed employees on shift tasks, cleaning, stocking and ringing up customers. I provided customer service and addressed issues that arose during shift. Along with this role, I managed the business website. This taught me many leadership skills including task delegation, oral communication and customer service.
