This is done through conveying thought leadership, communicating effectively across both business and technical audiences, and the practical application of modern and efficient architectural designs that drive the business forward.Beyond the now, I've built diverse teams of architects, software engineers and developers, testers, and analysts that deliver high profile, scalable customer facing digital experiences utilizing public cloud resources for large organizations across different industries.In those roles, I've led technology strategy and architecture for a multi-year enterprise digital transformation program that focuses on unifying the technology ecosystem around the customer, supporting a best-in-class customer experience, and enabling a relationship strengthening strategy by meeting customers where they are, regardless of channel. Focus areas include public cloud adoption, APIs and microservices, conversational AI-powered interactions, modern componentized UI, enterprise data platforms, IAM refactoring, digital customer care and contact centers, and more.I also led a solution architecture practice for digital channels that maintains enterprise subject matter expertise for strategy, architecture, delivery, and operation of software that powers applications and customer facing browser-based and mobile experiences. To this I apply broad experience in end-to-end software delivery, financial management, risk and compliance management, and commercial terms negotiation in highly regulated environments.Over time, I've enjoyed extensive experience in both client-facing consulting (including international experience in Asia) and software delivery on a variety of supporting contexts like digital channel data collection and analytics, third party tool and tag management, and digital marketing technology management. I've also worked in wireless telecom (3G/4G), embedded network device product design and engineering, and application/sales engineering.
