Providing support for 13 units in the Hampshire / Wiltshire area in relation to stock control, both food and liquor, cash control and compliance. Spending time analysing the weekly stock results for each unit and helping them implement action plans to achieve better results and limit losses. Spend time at site in each unit and identify potential problematic areas and help the managers put the systems in place to correct them. Working closely with Area manager and retail audit department to provide the tools for units to improve on previous audits and maintain high levels of compliance in all aspects of company policy, food hygiene and health and safety. Ensuring SOPs are being utilised in the business by the unit managers and their teams.

Responsible for the day to day running of the business. Taking full responsibility for recruiting, training and developing the team. Delivering excellent customer service, being accountable for health and safety and food safety. Ensuring standards within the business are in line with company expectations and ultimately grow sales and profits for the unit.
