I support over 500 company and franchise restaurants throughout the Upper Midwest and Canada. Very involved in the development of Nationally Certified Training Restaurants, corporate programs, new product roll-outs, facilitating workshops, multi-unit operator's development and Sr. Leadership support.

I supported over 150 franchise operated restaurants providing all aspects of operations support in food safety, guest experience and maintaining corporate standards of operations. I also led business discussions with franchisees concerning their level of operations, profitability and sales growth. During this time I also assisted company operators with audit support to help maintain a consistent level of operations.

Collaborated with and led a cross-functional team to achieve top results on project management. Delegated responsibilities to project owners Drove the process of the marketing calendar and promotional planning session to the steering team consisting of the CEO, COO and Executive Team. Routine visits to restaurants to ensure corporate compliance and provide coaching at the Regional, Area and General Manager level.Responsible for a team of 4 Operations Financial Analysts that provided reporting every period for the Sr. Operations team and the Board of Directors. Recognized top performers and developed immediate initiatives for under-performers.Responsible for the Hourly Training Team of 6 that oversaw new restaurant openings, operational assists, image-enhanced remodels. Developed certified training for over 700 hourly employees annually. Developed and provided training for nationwide promotional rollouts including on-site training and video production.
