Program manager for Next Generation Forecast (NGF) project, a tool which is foundational to Cisco’s ongoing sales transformation and is used by 15,000 sellers globally. Drove progress across 5 tracks, as well as Change Management and IT. Advised program director on $2 million quarterly budget, identified and escalated risks/issues, and removed blockers. Lead manager for 16 cyber projects valued at $33 million. • Implemented $1 million classified information sharing network: Built requirements, conducted procurements, installed a secure, virtualized solution for forecasters. Led 8 member cross-functional team. Eliminated single point of failure for combatant command weather data distribution.• Drove innovative radio frequency sensor project for $1.5 billion weather satellite program, to detect and mitigate interference: Scheduled design review, advised director, secured permits for sensor install. Decreased interference 30%, secured delivery of critical weather data to customers globally.• Fostered international relationships during upgrade for 8 critical weather circuits: Communicated across 30+ stakeholders, including UK Met Office, who support the primary weather input for all Air Force and Army operations. Scheduled 4 hardening missions, eliminated 236,000 cyber threats across 1 million nodes.• Established optimized classroom for defensive cyber ops crew training: Designed layout, procured equipment and furniture, directed installation. Determined technical aptitude of 140 technicians and validated members’ proficiency to manage $10 billion Air Force Information Network. On-site lead for 5 Air Force network migrations, in support of the $400 million project to move all Air Force base networks into one domain.• Led instructional design teams in the analysis and development of 3 standardized training instructions for managing Microsoft Exchange, McAfee Ironmail (email virus scanning, spam block, etc.), and Blackberry Enterprise Servers: All 3 products were adopted across the Air Force. • Prepped Ramstein for joint compliance inspection: Removed 1,300 threats from 78 servers. Rated "Excellent". Key to cyber wing receiving the Omaha trophy for global operations excellence. • Headed Blackberry Enterprise Server virtualization for 25 locations in Europe: Defined scope, managed workstream of 2 cross functional teams. Configured 10 servers, migrated 1,200 Blackberry customers. Modernized and secured mobile platform, and saved $29,000 per year in power costs. • Advocated Air Force Network Migrations: Navigated competing concerns of 150 executives entrusted with $60 billion budget (31% of Air Force expenditures). Coordinated “hands on” migrations for each VIP, resulted in lossless transfer of services and data to sustain every Air Force weapon system.
