Lead global manufacturing efforts in implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) programs for seven manufacturing sites globally, Responsible for managing the PSM program at Cadet site, improving existing PSM program and strengthening overall performance, and assuring compliance with corporate EHS policies. Improving and managing various aspects of process safety performance by increasing transparency of recommendations, driving improvements of hazard reviews (including traditional PHA, LOPA, facility siting, alarm management), and increasing the PSM knowledge base.·Conduct Process safety management audits to ensure compliance with PSM, RMP, and corporate standards·Serve as global subject Matter expert in life safety permits·Ensure compliance with PSM standards and regulations globally for all new process implementations·Develop global PSM and engineering guidelines ·Conduct/Manage the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA). Including scheduling of PHA’s, application of Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), safety integrity level (SIL) determinations, safety instrumented function (SIF) design, and tracking of results reports and corrective action items·Identify and implement PSM best practices, PSM global council member/organizer, provide safety mentoring at multiple levels of the organization to expand the PSM knowledge and competency·Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis, provide lessons learned globally·Define and provide input concerning RAGAGEP such as NFPA, ASME, API, and NEC ·Partner with site operations and technical mangers to provide process safety support and align site procedures/processes to corporate PSM programs·Improve policy and procedures surrounding management of change, as well as MOC coordination·EHS Software site SME and global MOC module SME·Site level metric development and management·Develop and drive site specific 3-5 year process safety improvement plans·Serve as company CCPS representative

Responsible for identifying and implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) programs for eight manufacturing sites globally, improving existing PSM programs and strengthening overall performance at manufacturing facilities, and assuring compliance with global PSM regulations. Lead global process safety teams to improve the process safety management programs.• Conduct Process safety management audits to ensure compliance with OSHA/PSM EPA RMP standards• Conduct/Manage the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) process at all locations. This includes training of facilitators, scheduling of PHA’s, application of Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Safety integrity level (SIL) techniques and tracking of results reports and corrective action items• Share PSM best practices among sites, PSM global team calls• Define and provide input to plants concerning recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) such as NFPA, ASME, API, and NEC• Partner with Site Operations and Technical Mangers to provide process safety support and align site procedures/processes to corporate PSM programs• Define and implement standard work processes to ensure effective site execution of all PSM elements, including PSM training and operating procedures, inherent safety design procedures, HAZOP, etc. at all facilities• Lead process safety programs for Responsible Care• Responsible for overall health of PSM programs• Gensuite System (EHS Software) Business Administration• Metrics Development and Management• Pre-start up safety support of new expansion sites• Implementation/development of PSM program at newly acquired site.
