Working in B2B sales gave me a highly specialized outlook on how to work directly with businesses, and, more importantly, business owners. Empathy is probably the most important skill that I developed in that role as I had to understand how these owners built their business and what their goals and aspirations were for the future. I provide a product for them based on those needs and make sure that I am there for continued support for the future. Currently managing and developing new sales executives to help them excel and grow within Logistics. Drawing from my years of sales experience, I help them navigate the hurdles and challenges of sales while helping them to build off of the wins. My passion lies in seeing their continued growth and the success of the team as a whole.
