As AVP of Marketing, I led all marketing and sales activities for the company’s Ada and Canyon county operations. I was responsible for the leadership, management, and development of a Business Development team of 12 direct reports to accomplish corporate revenue goals and build market share. I developed and implemented the overall marketing strategy for the local operations. I created and managed the marketing budget. I analyzed market information to determine new revenue opportunities and areas for potential growth. As the VP of Marketing, I built a valuable business network by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and business leaders in the real estate and banking industries. I was responsible for the management of Alliance’s Eagle, ID operation from 2003-2006. I managed the office staff, ensured company policies and procedures were adhered to, managed the branch P&L, and was responsible for growing revenue for the branch.

As a Product Marketing Manager, I served as Primary point of contact for sales inquiries pertaining to the 256MB SDRAM businessServed as Product expert for the 256MB SDRAM portfolio of products Defined product requirements based on customer inputs, competitive and market analysis, via (Product/Customer Requirement Document) and supported by a business case and financial analysis. Assisted sales team in maintaining and expanding relationships with customers. Participated in forecasting and allocation priorities with the planning team and pricing strategies with pricing team. Managed product requirement changes and prioritization to ensure successful transitions. Managed product change requests, EOL strategies and communicate plans and impact to sales and customers.
