I am a hardworking, motivational and an ambitious individual. I have excellent timekeeping, organisational and communication skills. I am very capable of working well under pressure, in fast paced environments and more personable situations.I work well on my own using my own initiative as well as in a team.my recent roles have seen me take on a credit control role which includes me building rapid rapports, hitting targets and chasing detailed payments. previous to this i was a collections adviser for over 2 years where i learned a host of different skills such as creating programs from scratch, being part of the egain and social media team, helping customers find the best solution and detailed payment plans and training new members of staff. i am always up for a new challenge and always want to better myself no task is to big or to small i will tackle anything.
