I launched a new faith community coordinating its legal, ecumenical, digital, administrative, and branding logistics. I established a new church model, developed ministry teams and their leaders, fostered a culture of inclusion and welcome, and started outreach and discipleship initiatives. I continue to perform the responsibilities and duties of a Lead Pastor.

I oversaw WSC’s Oswego campus and it’s pastoral and worship needs; Navigated congregational and financial downturn; restructured NextGen ministries and worship services; hired, trained, and supervised staff. I created and facilitated an exploratory team to discern the future of Wheatland Salem Church; communicated a church-wide campaign for a strategic plan which received a 97% approval by the congregation. Coordinated a church model transition and COVID-19 mitigation restrictions adaptations.

I served as a spiritual mentor, crisis manager, relationship-builder, event planner, conflict resolver, and facilities overseer in the Student Development Department. I recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, and supervised a team of paraprofessional student staff members. I coordinated and managed the housing systems, yearly residential logistics, and apartment rentals.

I worked in conjunction with Dr. Cherith Fee Nordling and implemented decisions for Master level courses. I developed syllabus calendars, designed assignments, discovered reading sources, analyzed issues, and advised students during the quarter.

I facilitated community leadership training and development for small groups communities. Tended to congregational care and connection. Coordinated and oversaw Sunday worship services and volunteer logistics. Preached, taught classes, offered corporate prayer, and communion. Contributed to Creative, Vision, and Ministry Organizational meetings.

Working full-time, I designed bank-wide and branch-specific marketing campaigns. Hired, trained, and supervised, bank staff. Established objectives, schedules, and planned business and consumer development. Performed facilities supervision and logistics.
