Research and Development:• Lead designing, architecting and delivering the next generation of the WhyData analytical technology software using data automation in a scalable and flexible solution, to create market differentiated products and services around advanced methodologies and techniques through highly consumable Business Intelligence visualization• Document and communicate designs using UML, architecture papers, and presentations to team. • Lead and contribute to design and code reviews. • Lead design, development and launch of product launches and enhancements. • Mentor other team members. • Develop white papers regarding WhyData research and industry findings. Develop new IP and write patent documents as needed. Serve as "C" worker for Cisco Systems 2014-currentService Delivery:• Work closely with Partners, Relationship Leaders, and Account Teams for solutions, execution and delivery.• Support the delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects using WhyData analytics and technology within the estimated time and budget.• Develop and advance the sophistication of delivery capability and processes.• Design, develop and bring to market new products and services in core and untapped market segments.• Build relationships at appropriate Client’s levels for both project delivery excellence and to facilitate acquisition of follow-on work.• Communicate with WhyData colleagues to help successfully deliver on the company commitments.Project Management • Assist and support in the management of ongoing WhyData delivery projects.• Provide expertise to clients both in the delivery and in the implementation of the WhyData Solution so that the delivery plans meets the customer's business requirements within constraints of time, cost and agreed quality standards.• Help define acceptance criteria for project deliverables and ensure that delivery achieves stakeholder acceptance.
