- With the Co-Executive Directors, collaboratively make decisions on all matters related to organizational stability and sustainability, ranging from immediate to longer term. Topics include strategy, staffing decisions, organizational structure, funding and fund-raising, and beyond. - Develop and lead strategy for how the Center is maximally responsive to a dynamic environment and ecosystem. Build and lead strategy for partnerships. - Oversee the team that develops and executes the Center’s interactive offerings (toolkits, workshops, and other types of consultation.)

- Co-led development of Center's strategy for supporting ventures to reach impact at scale. Led efforts to integrate knowledge and capacities from social entrepreneurship into the context of early childhood, as well as to support social entrepreneurs to organize around the science of child development and impact measurement.- Created, taught, and facilitated content about science, impact, and scale through workshops, direct coaching with teams, and hosting cohort experiences.- Shared knowledge and collaborated on efforts to strengthen the early childhood innovation ecosystem- Presented on the science of early childhood development and adversity- Supervised team of three staff, plus interns and consultants.

· Managed capacity-building support and grant process for portfolio of 50 organizations. Led staff thru process to redesign early childhood funding areas and related outcomes.· Created data-driven strategy to change how quality improvement support is provided to early care and education programs in Boston. Worked with key funder to smoothly transition from previously funded entities to new strategy.· Designed innovative “Big Data” project to aggregate and analyze data from universal screening pilot in Boston. Developed ownership of project with donors from the Private Equity / Venture Capital industry.· Managed implementation of a pilot for treatment of maternal depression with home visiting program participants. Regularly presented project updates to key funders. Worked with evaluator to document results. · Led process to design Massachusetts’ system of program quality standards and technical assistance (QRIS).· Administered Universal Preschool (UPK) Assessment grants, including wrote Request For Responses, selected grantees, developed training and technical assistance opportunities, and created outcomes measurement tools.· Developed agency priorities and policy initiatives as member of Senior Leadership team.· Supervised two Research Team staff members and contractor relationships.

· Worked with partners to identify need, obtain funding, and launch citywide planning process. Staffed Data and Research Team to inform planning process and select indicators of success. Efforts led to creation of Thrive in 5.· Ran the Boston Early Education Quality Improvement Project (Boston EQUIP), included designing research projects, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, presenting reports to community stakeholders.
