First engineering employee. Designed and built much of the early telephony platform. Key driver behind the establishment of many fundamental business practices at the company like interviewing, leveling, on-boarding, security, monitoring and alerting.Currently privileged with heading the Telephony division.

I began with Windows CE 2.2 in the networking test team, writing tests for features like Winsock and UPnP, and then servers for HTTP, FTP, and SMB. Tried managing a bit, eventually ending up with a team of 35 on Windows CE 6.0.As the OS became focused on Windows Phone 7, I transitioned to an IC role in the central test architecture team to improve product-wide engineering efficiency.Finally I stepped back into a management role to fill a gap in the Communications group working on the backend storage platform for WP7's first party applications (SMS, Email, etc).
