Presented the SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard workshops to hundreds of teachers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. • Pioneered and provided interactive training to sales staff on how to utilize and best demonstrate the SMART Notebook software and related technologies to their potential customers.• Our thorough development, multi-pronged deployment, and dynamic delivery of this training program totally transformed SMART Technologies training program and played a major role in SmartEd Services setting several corporate sales records and ultimately empowered SmartEd Services to become the second largest SMART Board reseller in the nation and the largest reseller in the Midwest. • SMART Technologies went on to file the largest IPO of 2010, becoming a billion dollar company, largely do to the efforts of Team SMART and its unprecedented preparedness and effectiveness in providing area schools with a means of fully implementing this technology into the daily lesson plans and in-class interactions between students and teachers in the Midwest and ultimately around the world.• Results: New training program led to increased annual sales from $5M to $30M over 5 years.
