On the digital side, I was one-half of the @SoccerGods' social media personality, organically growing our Twitter congregation from under 1,000 to more than 12,000 in just ten weeks. In addition to tweeting all 64 matches, we created media-rich live blogs that yielded more than a million page views. Our unique voice, complemented by rich digital media, not only drove engagement, it attracted collaborators. We took over Good Morning America's Twitter account for several matches and had Jorge Ramos, Leon Krauze, and Judah Friedlander as guests on the live blog.I used the Scribble Live social engagement platform to curate content from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube for use in our "honeycomb."
