As head of acquisitions, Corey is responsible for identifying potential developments and handling the purchase process through to completion. Utilising his extensive experience in the real estate industry, Corey's primary focus is the acquisition of properties for development of both boutique and large scale residential, mixed use, commercial and childcare.Since 1987 the Moore Development Group has become highly regarded as innovators in the creation of quality boutique developments on difficult sites. Taking the reins of the sales department in 2008, Corey was been responsible for implementing new systems to improve efficiency, restructuring support and growing the department through new business and strengthening of existing relationships. In a challenging market Corey's focus remained on achieving the best possible result for his clients through implementing well thought out strategies, providing in depth information to assist in decision making and providing a level of service that is second to none.His background in the sale of residential property allowed him to adapt concepts and skills from one sector of the industry and apply them to the commercial sector which has led to some impressive results. Specialising in the sale of commercial investments, distressed assets, vacant office & retail as well as the identification, acquisition & disposal of development sites.

Commencing in a support role working with ten sales agents with the aim of providing them with more to time to complete money productive activity allowed Corey to learn the industry from a range of different angles. After undergoing extensive formal and on the job training, Corey transitioned in to residential sales and was a self sufficient agent responsible for creating leads, listing new business, implementing marketing, managing listings and negotiationg sales.
