"Everything happens for a reason"Cliche to some, but my experience has truly reflected that simple mantra. Through the many twists and turns that life brings all of us, I never fully knew where my career would take me. I pursued a degree in nursing before realizing it wasn't the best fit for me, but I found my passion in consultative and relationship based business. Those may seemed like two wildly unrelated concepts, but in actuality I'm proud to have found the commonality: My passion is to help people, and to leave them better off today than they were yesterday. To me, sales is more than an exchange or transaction. Sales is a partnership. Within my specific experience, sales is an opportunity for me to help that local business get publicity, to keep workers safe and productive during their shift, or to help a company operate to the highest standard as the best version of themselves. While the dangling carrot of a big deal is always exciting, it's the look and sound of satisfaction, joy, and relief from my customers that gets me excited to go to work every day.My proudest accomplishment is the joy of being a mother, and I work hard each day to translate that same endless effort and love into my professional relationships. I'm proud to be a sales professional by trade, because it allows me to contribute to my community the best way I know how. As a seasoned veteran who has had success with this approach, I can always remain excited for what still lies ahead for me professionally.
