Seconded to customer's office to manage their top tier business partnership with FMC. Coordinated FMC’s drilling and completion equipment and services across the Delaware, Midland and Powder River Basins for the customer. Interfaced directly with drilling and completions engineering to ensure requirements were met and new objectives were developed to improve customer's performance.- Developed new communication protocols between Sales & Operations to enhance quality of products & services- Loaded Demand Planning for Drilling, Completions & Production equipment and services- Developed Key Performance Indices (KPIs) to ensure customer's expectations were clear and realized- Facilitated Quarterly Business Reviews, assessing performance against KPIs- Worked with customer's engineers to resolve real-time issues by providing FMC equipment expertise & knowledge

Scheduled, managed, and maintained FMC Nigeria’s Aftermarket and Manufacturing Workshop. Developed, scheduled and implemented the conversion of same facility into a new manufacturing facility. Brought on specifically to convert the facility from a strictly aftermarket workshop to include a manufacturing segment using product manufacturing, application engineering and installation engineering knowledge. - Developed $7MM budget for facility upgrades to ensure full production capability for future projects through 2020 - Instrumental in development of FMC Nigeria's new $20MM Aftermarket building (broke ground in Dec. 2013)- Delivered first Subsea FMC tree assembly in Nigeria in Oct. 2013 - Delivered second Subsea FMC tree assembly in Nigeria in Dec. 2013 - Managed a group of 19 Nigerian assembly and testing technicians - Managed a group of several office operations personnel ranging from buyers and planners to production control - Managed the development, procurement and installation of facility upgrades - Developed and implemented new workflow visual management processes for both aftermarket and manufacturing - Designed and implemented new workflow layouts and plans using Lean production concepts - Developed a product line schedule to meet customer requirements - Interviewed and hired personnel both from a managerial and technical perspective
