Elected in November 2013 general election to serve the 17,776 residents of East Lampeter Township. East Lampeter Township is 19.9 square miles of residential, commercial, retail and farm land. With 17,776 residents and an annual budget exceeding $12 million, the township is governed by 5 elected Board of Supervisors.In 2016, I began serving a 2-year term on the East Lampeter Emergency Services Committee. Reappointed in 2018 for an additional 2-year term. In 2017, I began serving a 2-year term on East Lampeter Industrial & Commercial Development Authority. Served as Chairman of the Authority in 2017 and 2018. Re-appointed to a 5-year term in 2019. Also in 2017, I began serving as a committee member representing the Board of Supervisors on the Conestoga Valley Region Comprehensive Recreation, Park Open Space, and Greenways Plan project.Served as Chair of the Board of Supervisors from 2019 to 2021. In 2022 and 2023 elected to Vice-Chair. In 2024, elected to Chair.

As AVP for Consumer Digital Health at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, my responsibilities included managing and implementing key initiatives related to consumer digital technology, digital engagement, and digital access across the health system. I led the Penn Medicine enterprise-wide Novel Customer Experiences initiative as part of a major Digital Transformation initiative. I also served as a senior consultant to internal executives on innovation and partnerships related to revenue growth and new business opportunities in the digital consumer health space. I provided senior-level leadership for public-facing websites, digital marketing strategies, and social media channels to ensure an exceptional digital experience for healthcare consumers.

Led a high-performing team focused on innovation, digital technology, and process change with the goal of making the healthcare experience better for consumers, creating efficiency in operations, improving outcomes for patients, and providing a better provider experience.In addition, served as Vice President of Healthcare within the Smart Health Innovation Lab, a joint venture start-up incubator, formed by Aspire Ventures, Capital Blue Cross, and Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.
