National Sales Director
CurrentAs the Fall Protection National Sales Director for US and CA, I am charged with leading our industry leading team of Sales Leaders and Field Sales Fall Protection Specialists in efforts to realize the brand promise of DBI-Sala and Protecta products by providing our customers with products, knowledge, training, and service to keep their workers safe at height. In this role I have full sales responsibility of our $300M Fall Protection business across The United States and Canada, leading a team of 60+ sales professionals. Other duties include:-Building the strategic and operational plan for driving growth of PSD Products into key segments -Provide sales leadership to the team and drive execution of strategies to drive accelerated growth- Work collaboratively with Channel & Category Management to identify winning channels-Build C-suit relationships with key players with target segments -Work collaboratively cross divisionally to optimize coverage and drive share gain-Travel and engage market to develop clear understanding of competitive landscape -Direct, coach, mentor and develop a team and map competencies for direct reports-Leverage division and company tools to improve sales productivity (i.e. SFDC, Category Management)-Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration with PSD cross-functional team members
