Lead of the Datacenter Technician team. Configuring networks in Juniper and Cisco environments for customer deployment based on their needs. Work through service orders, ensuring to maintain important deadlines while supported simultaneous expedited orders. Work directly with third party vendors and internal Service Delivery Coordinators to achieve customer installation goals under requested deadlines. Support advanced Tier II requests from customers, ranging from network consultation to system administration. Monitor Datacenter environmental’s to ensure smooth network and physical infrastructure operation.

* Initially hired by CoreXchange to serve as a NOC Technician. Identified as a top performer and promoted to the position of NOC Support Supervisor in 2012. * Oversaw all day-to-day NOC management activities for a 20,000 sq. ft. facility that supported 1.1MW of critical load dedicated to 400+ CoreXchange customers* Directly supervised a NOC Technician Team of six (6) responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networks while responding to and resolving 2,000+ help desk tickets per month. * Configured network routers and switches running Juniper (JUNOS/Cisco IOS) to deploy network handoffs ranging from singular static circuits to BGP and HSRP redundant sessions. Additionally, advised customers on environmental designs and virtualization options. * Monitored and inspected network traffic and power usage patterns to proactively identify, deescalate, and resolve issues prior to customer impact.
