For 20 years, I have held individual contributor and leadership positions with Ring Container Technologies. Ring is a privately held, multinational corporation which produces commercial and retail PET and HDPE plastic food containers. In all positions, I have helped drive change directly in a facility and company-wide in product quality, food safety, safety, 5S organization and work flow, people development, customer satisfaction, communication, operational and equipment efficiency, labor utilization, and purchasing. As a manager in both HDPE (extrusion blowmolding) and PET (stretch and injection blowmolding), I have coordinated production scheduling, personnel scheduling, warehousing and shipping, material purchasing, quality, food safety, hiring, development, and office management. In all efforts, I drive utilizing the latest technology, reducing bureaucracy, eliminating paperwork, organizing, and streamlining. At a corporate level, I have driven systematic changes, policy changes, and equipment advancements.I have a degree in Engineering Management with an emphasis in Manufacturing and a Minor in Computer Science. Throughout my life, I have utilized an innate skill to learn computer and programming technologies. For 10 years, I ran a company which developed and hosted websites around the world, including leading the YaBB project.
