Program Manager for NCC Increment 2 responsible for cost, schedule and performance of a $155M contract. Met multiple acquisition milestones on time and under budget. Directed the actions of up to 200 people located in a distributed environment. Program Manager for NCC Phase A responsible for cost, schedule and performance of a $137M annual CLIN on the TUSCANFIRE contract. Established new processes and procedures to meet customer needs. Directed the actions of up to 200 people located in a distributed environment. Program Manager responsible for the delivery of $22M in Firm Fixed Price work for CLIN 4 of the NCC Increment 3 program. All deliverables have been delivered to the customer on-time or ahead of schedule. Responsibilities included the buy, build and deliver of 12 systems for an ACAT 1 program. Captured new work for Northrop Grumman by providing management oversight of proposal activities related to the pursuit. Working with a geographically dispersed team, over several months, developed a proposal strategy that lead to the award of over fifty Million dollars in new work. This activity was for a Firm Fixed Price contract. Member of the management team chosen to evaluate companies based upon their technical and management responses to Request for Proposals. As part of this team I directly interfaced with the selected contractors to determine their approach and their technical ability to perform the work. I also directly interfaced with the incumbent customers to determine their ability to deliver technical projects on-time and on-budget.Integrated Product Team lead for a customer directed study. Responsibilities in this position included participating in customer meetings, controlling cost and schedule and identifying resources to assist with the study.

Vice President of Engineering for Insight Information Technology. In this capacity I was responsible for meeting with customers providing an overview of the company’s capabilities and technical vision. Defined key processes to ensure best practices were implemented company-wide. Responsibilities also included proposal preparation, sub-contracts including rate negotiation, contract preparation and execution. This included drafting contracts for sub-contractors reviewing and approving contracts offered to IIT. Designed, developed and implemented a contracts department. Trained new and existing employees on contract process, procedure and performance reporting. Deployment Systems Engineering Lead for the TUSCANSUN contract supporting Northrop Grumman and the Turbulence program. Responsibilities in this position include reviewing requirements, ensuring designs meet expectations, interfaced with installation location ensuring a smooth installation, interfacing with sustainment personnel and keeping the customer up-to-date about the installation. Responsibilities also included tracking and managing personnel and material.

Lead Systems Engineer for the Phoenix development project completed under the Manatee Program. This effort resulted in the successful design, build, and implementation of a new state of the art technology. This advancement allowed for General Dynamics to secure its foothold in this highly competitive marketplace. This technology is the cornerstone for $100 Million dollars in new business.Lead Systems Engineer of a team that won the GD-AIS Presidents Technology Award in 2007 for work completed on the Phoenix Program. This effort was recognized as one of the top technological achievements from more than 50 teams.Managed two Technical Task Orders on a program with a contract value of $254 Million dollars. These Task Orders had an annual budget in excess of ten Million dollars. This job also entailed the monitoring and control of several sub-contractors located in various locations across the country. Directly interfaced with key stakeholders to ensure that technical and schedule deliveries were met on-time and within budget. Managed cost and schedule of these TTO’s to include reporting of project status to customer representatives.

Implemented process and procedure enhancements for a maintenance shop that resulted in the reduced repair time of equipment from two months to one week.Continually provided solutions and education relating to difficult technical issues requiring expertise in Server/PC repair.Coordinated, developed and implemented testing and repair procedures increasing total equipment repair from 50% to 96%.Developed strong customer relationships by designing and implementing improved work order procedures, which outlined departmental responsibilities and standards which resulted in increased ownership, response time and a higher level of efficiency.Course Design/Instruction:Designed, developed and implemented multiple training courses and instructor training guides.
