S T R A T E G Y•Helped design and implement a new home building company designed to design, implement and produce pre fabricated home new construction homes. •Lead strategy of taking a 8.5 acre piece of land and laying out the community based on local municipalities platting and design regulations while working with third party civil engineers and surveyors. •Created a set program and parameters for new construction housing accepted into the new community. • bid packaging for collecting and sending out construction RFP's. M A R K E T I N G: •Came up with a new company name and brand design utilizing the intended strategy of developing a modern luxury homebuilding company offering custom builds, community builds and a "Catalyst" program designed to offer pre-fabricated home design and construction solutions for investors, builders and land owners. •Created a new company logo and brand design including company collateral and functional mobile responsive website.
