I was the first in my family to make it to college, putting myself through school with determination and a few part-time jobs. After landing an internship, I found myself diving headfirst into sales and management at The Sherwin-Williams Company in the Philly area.Despite my success, the proudest moments weren’t about hitting sales targets—they were all about people. As I mentored new employees, interns, and management trainees, I saw them thrive and move up the ladder, and that's what I found fulfillment in. So, when the chance came, I took on a larger role as a Learning & Development manager, covering the whole East Coast and Canada. It was this role where I learned to nurture talent and create spaces for learning and personal and professional growth.My journey with Sherwin-Williams in HR continued as I took on a Regional HR Manager role supporting over a thousand employees across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, honing my skills in leadership development and coaching.Next, my journey led me to Aramark in Philadelphia. As the Director of HR for their largest line of business in their largest growth market, I led all people initiatives for over 4,000 employees at 45 locations across 8 states throughout the Northeast Region. But even in a key role at Aramark, I felt a tug towards something more fulfilling.That’s when I took a leap and started CORE Coaching and Consulting. My goal? To blend my corporate know-how with my passion for helping people. My background might be unorthodox, but it's this mix of experience and empathy that sets me apart. My unique path has led me to be the HR leader and "People Champion" I am today with a deep appreciation for the power of relationships and dedication to keeping the "Human" in "Human Resources".
