Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including research, identification, outreach, assessment, and development to build robust pipelines for technical roles such as Software Development Engineers. Timely delivery of qualified candidates, for straightforward sourcing campaigns, based on client-team hiring criteria and goals.Use internal and/or external sourcing tools, mechanisms and search logic (e.g., Boolean) to generate and engage candidate populations, ensuring high-quality hiring and a positive candidate experience.Execute pre-screens that confirm candidate motivation, compensation expectations, skill level, availability, and ensure to explain the interview process while adhering to pre-closing and pipeline requirements.Complete candidate hand-off in accordance with the sourcing lifecycle and candidate engagement guidelines.
