Art direction, design, project management, marketing strategies and team leadership for the creative group within the larger Marketing department.

As Tradeshow Marketing Manager I was responsible for all the planning, coordination, and implementation of all aspects of tradeshow marketing for McElroy Manufacturing, Inc. throughout North America and key shows internationally. I have previous experience working in the graphics department of an exhibit house and I have always enjoyed working with trade show displays and large, "big-picture" marketing projects.My responsibilities entailed crafting our marketing messages for shows and communicating those through all aspects of customer contact pre-, at- and post-show. Often times that included design of booths, graphics, collateral materials, and more. Along with exhibit management, responsibilities included getting our personnel, equipment, and displays to and from an average of 10 domestic shows and assisting in 5 international shows. Other duties included negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and measuring and reporting results.

As the Art Director for Golf Illustrated magazine, I was responsible for the planning, layout, and supervision of 2 national magazines. This required working side-by-side with the editorial staff, as well as, overseeing and providing direction for outside photographers, illustrators, freelancers, in-house designers and interns to produce outstanding print products with a cohesive look and recognizable feel our readers had come to appreciate. During my time there, I oversaw a major redesign of Golf Illustrated and two of their sister publications across print and web properties.
