Professional Experience and GoalsI have worked at Caterpillar since 2004 in various roles including fork lift operator, traffic control analyst, senior parts orders analyst, and inventory analyst. Throughout my career at Caterpillar I have been involved in every aspect of shipping materials such as loading, unloading, computer work including closing out trailers, invoicing, packing lists, bills of lading, and dispatching loads. Also, I have worked extensively with our dealer network handling parts orders including our highest priority orders. I ensure parts are where they need to be all over the world for dealers and customers by actively monitoring orders and our parts network. I work hand in hand with material expediters and analysts around the world to fulfill our customer's parts needs.
