Perform updates to the Program Protection Plan, Information Assurance Strategy, and Security Classification Guide. Re-evaluate Critical Program Information and align critical analyses with allocated/functional baselines. Support the design, development and implementation of security systems utilizing business processes to address emergent security requirements. Prepare requirement documentation from information gathered from customer input within DoD guidelines, such as Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), DIACAP (DoD Information Assurance Certification & Accreditation Process), and DITSCAP (DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process) processes. Primary liaison to NEN Chief Engineer and portfolio managers for ISSE support in all lifecycle phases. Develop and implement Enterprise Accreditation Strategy to support FISMA DITSCAP reporting of a1000+ sites and system type accreditations compliant with DODI 8510.01 (Risk Management Framework). Cyber Security SME for NMCI security risk management supporting Engineering Change Control Board, Boundary Change Requests, Enterprise Residual Risk Process, as requested by the Navy Authorizing Official. Review all engineering changes to NMCI and determine required Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities to comply with DIACAP. Support the preparation of test and evaluation plans in support of production environment deployments.
