We advanced culture and large-scale change initiatives within Fortune 500 companies.While building an extremely meaningful and rewarding career, I paused in 2011 for an 80-day sabbatical focusing on my own self-leadership and team leadership. I completed two expeditions in Chilean Patagonia where my various teams kayaked waterways, traversed mountains and supported one another through hard-charging weather systems.In any environment, I’m always committed to seeing the very best in people while helping them see it for themselves as well.
