At Hugo Boss, my primary role was sales. The company were very sales driven, and every member of the team had to meet KPI targets weekly. To help me meet these targets, I had to be a quick, independent learner, going out of my way to teach myself and take onboard as much as possible about not only the product I was selling, but the sort of brand ambassador Hugo Boss were looking for in their staff.
