About Corey Fineran

I am a co-founder of Transition Curriculum Inc. and NextUp Transition Curriculum. In my role as a transition specialist for a special education cooperative, I started a weekly video podcast that was available to the high schools within our cooperative. This podcast provided students with vital pre-employment and independent living skills information and training. After 11 years with the special education cooperative, I realized the lack of quality and relevant transition curriculum available to schools across the country needed to be addressed. I teamed up with Jay Hudson and Lindsay Zerull to develop Transition Curriculum Inc, and NextUp was born. NextUp provides schools and teachers with an innovative out-of-the-box and easy-to-implement curriculum to help their students with disabilities successfully transition from high school to post-high school life.
