From Dreams to Reality Homeless Solutions is a startup non-profit organization to eradicate homelessness. I am so grateful to be a part of this phenomenal movement that is coming really soon and am asking for donations to get this up and running. I understand that their are a lot of people out there curious to how we are going to help the homeless to not be homeless anymore. As of 2010 their were over 1.6 million children reported to be homeless in Virginia alone! That doesn't include the ones that aren't enrolled in school or are just under the radar and aren't being reported. We need to get the children off the streets so that they can become successful parts of society and to lower the crime rates. When people suffer as children such as these 1.6 million plus children are, they sometimes grow up believing there is no other way than to commit a crime.We will be helping people in the following ways: 1) The program is a 5 year program to get homeless families in a home of their own 2) It starts with a 90 day period to find out the reasons for the family being homeless 3) We will be creating jobs and training people to work in industries so they can obtain gainful employment.Lets work together to help stop this violent crime from happening for future generations.
